My client is looking for an experienced and personable Field
Service Engineer III to assist with service and maintenance of
their Water Treatment plants throughout Indiana. Ideally, this role
will transition to become the Field Service Manager of their
Midwest territory. Client Details My client is a leading provider

Description The Field Service Engineer III (Water Treatment) will
be responsible for: Leading and assisting with the installation and
commissioning of water treatment systems at customer locations,
ensuring quality standards and project deadlines are met.
Performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
on various water treatment systems, including reverse osmosis (RO),
WFI systems, and ultrapure water units. Diagnosing issues quickly
and accurately, implementing corrective actions to restore system
performance. Providing expert support to customers and internal
teams on system operations, troubleshooting, and upgrades. Training
customers on system operation, safety, and maintenance to ensure
long-term system reliability. Completing detailed service reports,
maintenance logs, and technical documentation in compliance with
company and industry standards. Keeping accurate records of
equipment maintenance, repairs, and customer interactions. Building
and maintaining strong customer relationships, serving as the
primary point of contact for technical support. Ensuring customer
satisfaction by delivering timely, professional, and effective
service. Collaborating with internal teams, including sales,
engineering, and customer service, to ensure seamless service
delivery. Staying current with technological advancements in water
treatment systems and participating in ongoing training Profile The
successful Field Service Engineer III will have: Bachelor's degree
5 years of experience working with electro-mechanical equipment,
including pumps, valves, and motors. 5 years of experience in
system start-ups, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Strong
understanding of electrical/control panels, PLCs, I/O systems, and
automation, including tuning control loops and programming
instrumentation. Ability to read and interpret electrical and
mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and technical documentation.
Experience in the water treatment industry is preferred but not
required-training provided for the right candidate. Proven ability
to work independently in a remote, customer-facing role. Strong
troubleshooting skills for both electrical and mechanical systems,
with the ability to resolve issues on-site and remotely.
Proficiency in computers and Windows-based software for diagnostics
and reporting. Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally
throughout North America, sometimes on short notice. Valid driver's
license with a clean driving record. Flexibility to work outside
standard business hours and handle physical tasks, including
