Job Description:
The Part-Time role for Office Support We are seeking an
individual who prefers to work 6-8 hours per day, five days a week.
No weekends or nights in this role. The hours are 10a or 12pm
-6:30pm. In this role, you will be supporting our team of trainers
and meeting planners. · Greeting clients, assisting with sign-in
and badging · Check to make sure the meeting rooms are set up and
all needed materials are available. · Assist with food set up and
keeping the area clean. · Communicate attendee’s audio/video needs
