the most relevant geographies. Job Description The Account Director
will be tasked with leading and growing the Neptune capabilities
across CPG companies. The primary focus will be on growing our
Kroger business with a 70/30 mix of account development and new
business. The successful candidate will need to meet the below
skills/capabilities/characteristics. Responsibilities Include:
Strategically build upon current and new business relationships to
close profitable business sales. Explore profitable sales
opportunities with new business. Create client-centric campaign
options utilizing our full suite of capabilities and resources to
address client needs. Employ effective selling strategies to
successfully increase revenue across accounts in a way that is
aligned with company goals and profitability requirements. Manages
relationships and negotiations at all levels of assigned
region/accounts. Secure live meetings with senior-level decision
makers to understand their business objective and how Neptune
capabilities can help potential customers to achieve their goals,
and to build out robust opportunity pipeline. Ability to build
recommendations based on data and insights is essential. Engage
with internal resources (Marketing, Digital Strategy, Consumer
Insights, Operations, Finance, and Management) to both uncover
business driving opportunities and elevate client proposals.
Maintain a weekly cadence of forecasting and reporting to
management. Requirements: Demonstrated ability with tangible
results and references to grow revenue through their own actions
over at least three consecutive years Passionate and driven by new
business development and account growth potential High energy
self-starter with high-level of personal accountability who takes
initiative and acts quickly within fast-paced environment Success
in building strong relationships with senior level decision makers
Highly analytical with demonstrated ability to leverage data to
develop tailored solutions for clients Ability to confidently and
clearly communicate and influence internal and external
stakeholders Experienced selling within the CPG industry.
Experienced with using Excel and PowerPoint. Location: Cincinnati,
