We're hiring a Leasing Consultant at Lakota Lake Apartments in Cincinnati, OH . We are offering up to $18.00/hr. PLUS $75.00 commission on new lease signings, tuition reimbursement, and two weeks paid time off AND full benefits. Benefits for full time employees: - Pay up to $16.00 - $18.00/hr. to start - Up to $75.00 Commissions on new lease signings - Tuition Reimbursement - Paid Time Off: 80 hours year 1, 120 hours year 2 - Holiday Paid Time Off - Medical Insurance through Blue Cross/Blue Shield at $45.00/mo. plus, Dental and Vision Insurance - Life and Disability Insurance - Housing Discounts 20% off Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community - Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showings - Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property - Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required - Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book - Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach - Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program - Travel is a requirement Knowledge, Skills and Experience: - Prefer 1 year experience in multifamily housing, sales or customer service field - Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software - Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents - Yardi experience a plus!
