an ambitious Account Associate Trainee. This role offers the chance

Associate Trainee, you will immerse yourself in a comprehensive
training, learning to proactively manage and nurture client
relationships. You'll gain practical experience in facilitating
positive customer interactions, addressing service needs, and
identifying opportunities to enhance existing accounts. Key
Responsibilities of the Account Associate Trainee Learn to
effectively engage with new and existing residential customers in
direct, face-to-face settings to ensure satisfaction and address
service inquiries. Develop strong interpersonal and problem-solving
skills to build rapport, resolve basic client issues, and provide
knowledgeable support for Frontier products. Assist in the
onboarding process for new Frontier Residential customers, ensuring
a smooth transition and understanding of their services. Learn to
identify opportunities to enhance customer accounts by presenting
additional relevant Frontier services or upgrades based on client
needs. Accurately manage and update customer information and
interaction logs, ensuring precise records for account management.
Gather customer feedback and insights from direct interactions to
contribute to strategies for improving client satisfaction and
retention. Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, and
operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive
client experience. Actively participate in coaching and development
sessions to continuously refine skills in account management,
customer service, and product knowledge.
