Accountabilities
In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures,
principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure orders are managed from inception to customer delivery.
Any exceptions are to be communicated to the customers, sales reps
and/or management as soon issues are known.
- Processwithin required periods of 2 and/or 4 hours dependent
upon customer channel.
- ZOODI maintenance - clear order exceptions daily while noting
exceptions in the text field, reviewing special instructions and
insuring that the instructions are followed by the warehouses.
- Follow through with order issues to ensure timely deliveries
includingcollaborating with Credit Department regarding credits,
debits and credit holds.
- Communicatedirectly with Sales Operations regarding pricing
and/or allocation issues.
- Ensure any special order requirements and scheduling
requirements are followed. In addition, ensuring that any special
requirements are properly recorded in SAP.
- Assist inLatin drop process.
- Check order fulfillment prior to delivery to ensure that
product that is in stock is allocated. This means checking
alternate plants in order to fill.
- Work in coordination with the Allocation Administrator to
ensure priority orders are filled accordingly.
- Regularly review back ordered product in order to ensure
product is filled once received by the warehouse. This includes
product that was originally on allocation when the order was
created and product that might have been received into a different
plant.
- Ensure customer response times met in timely manner
- Research and provide credits and debits to the customer within
24 hours.Qualifications
- Previous Customer Service experience or Account Management
experience required
- Written and verbal fluency in Spanish and English is
required
- Proven ability to communicate and build relationships with
customers and stakeholders.The starting annual base pay for this
role is between USD $20.50 and $25.00/hr. Please note that this
position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual
base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training,
transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market
demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be
modified in the future.
