  Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Echo Tech/Cardiac SonographerShift: Variable Days /--7a-5:30p, 8a-4:30p (8's, 10's) 40 hours per week, No Call, M-FLength: 12 WeeksRequirements:
  • 2 years of experience as a Echo Tech
  • Must have Cerner experience
  • Synapse, Bubble Study, Contrast agent, M-Mode, RIT/RVOT experience
  • Must have experience with GE and Phillips equipment
  • BLS
  • ARDMS or CCI required
  • RDCS and RCS preferred but not requiredOther Details:

    • Local accepted12 WEEK CONTRACTThe Echo Cardiac Technologist performs, administers & monitors Cardio-Diagnostic tests with primary emphasis on cardiac sonography and doppler studies. Administers all Cardio-Diagnostic tests. Provides physician with preliminary findings of recorded data through monitoring and performing the necessary calculations, in a timely fashion while demonstrating the appropriate knowledge and skills necessary to work with adult patients. Follows physician's instructions, prepares and operates equipment and positions patients correctly in order to record the requested diagnostic images. High volume, 800+ bed Adult Academic Health Center, completes around 1300 echos/month.Schedule- Open to 4 x 10, or 5 x 8, 7a-5:30p or 8a-4:30pNo Call, M-FRequirements: Must have Cerner exp, 2 years of experience as a Echo Tech, Synapse exp, Bubble Study exp, Contrast agent exp, M-Mode exp, RIT/RVOT exp.
