By embracing the unique talents, perspectives, and experiences of our employees, we cultivate an environment that embraces teamwork, encourages open dialogue, and provides opportunities for growth.About the roleThe Maintenance Mechanic is a skilled worker in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining all components of diesel and gasoline engine-driven heavy trucks, construction equipment, and complex hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs, including emergency repairs in the field.
• Inspect and direct subordinate technicians to perform repairs to all components of heavy vehicles, systems, and equipment.
• Conduct service road calls.
• Order supplies and parts.
• Execute gas and electric welding.
• Complete equipment maintenance records.Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a mechanical role.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to travel approximately 15% of the time.
  • Demonstrate safety-conscious behaviors.
  • Ability to operate small hand tools, power tools, hand trucks, drill presses, grinders, conveyors, gas welding, brazing or cutting apparatus, and other heavy equipment.
