Position Purpose: The overarching goal of the Associate Director –
LVA Oncology Market Access, Breast Cancer Franchise is to lead
overall development and execution of brand value and access
strategies. This role will be staffed with a primary focus on
supporting new product launch efforts along with additional
opportunity to support currently approved breast cancer indications
to help get our medicines to more patients, faster. Candidates
pursuing this role should be obsessed with the consumer experience.
Be passionate about how they can use data and analytics and
technology to improve that experience. Position Responsibilities:
Develop and evolve brand value and access strategies; ensure
execution creates positive customer experiences and is aligned to
brand strategy and lifecycle plan. Develop and execute the overall
brand value and access strategy and ensuring alignment to brand
strategy and lifecycle plan including but not limited to strategies
for pricing, up front discounts, contracting, access, value and
evidence, Channel (retail/specialty/infused), affordability, and
patient support. Optimize US key payer messages value messages
(VCME) and execution strategy. Elevating the value of the brand and
accelerating impact as they are shared with major stakeholders in
the US market (e.g., Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBM), payers, Group
Purchasing Organizations (GPO), Healthcare Organizations (HCOs),
etc.). Ensure that ongoing market and customer insights are
incorporated into value and access strategy and VCMEs. Ensure brand
contracting plan supports overall brand strategy and incorporates
understanding of the evolving marketplace. Ensuring integration of
strategies for PBM, payer, GPO, HCO and/or other relevant customer
groups into broader brand Pricing Reimbursement and Access (PRA)
strategy along with development of tools and measurements specific
to that customer group. Ensuring brand’s integrated PRA measurement
plan includes national performance metrics critical for brand
performance and patient experience. Including performance metrics
for brand value, access, and affordability. Support for deal
development in execution of contracting strategy. Partner with HCP
and Consumer teams to co-develop the marketing plan for Customer
Council. Partner with finance and LVA for key business and
strategic plan inputs such as payer Operating Expenses (OPEX),
pricing, Gross to Net (G2N), Channel (retail/specialty), strategy,
brand access forecasting, patient leakage, etc. Provide strategy
and execution input for brand co-pay/affordability programs.
Develop and lead brand communications to LVA field teams. Support
communications to traditional field sales organization. Partner
with LVA training, medical, health outcomes medical engagement
(HOME), brand, and others to develop account management training.
Partner with account management, medical, health outcomes medical
engagement (HOME), brand, and other teams to ensure brand value
message and resources are evolving to meet changing business and
customer needs – providing training and support as needed. The
position will be focused on the brand with the majority of job
responsibilities as dedicated as such. It should be expected that
they are not to focus on Greenhouse initiatives except where it
impacts your primary responsibilities. Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree 3 years of Marketing, PRA, Finance, Data
Analytics or Pharma industry experience 1 year Pricing
Reimbursement and Access experience 1 year oncology experience

on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic
location. The anticipated wage for this position is $126,000 -
$184,800 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a
company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual
performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit
