We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our Property Management team in the Leasing Partner role at our Eastwood office.THE ROLEThe Leasing Partner focuses on the leasing of existing rental properties, ensuring properties are leased promptly and efficiently. This role supports the property management team from the initial enquiry stage through to the completion of the ingoing inspection.Key Responsibilities include:

• Conduct open inspections at the property, providing prospective tenants with relevant information.
• Process and shortlist application forms for potential new tenancies.
• Present applications to the landlord, in collaboration with the Property Manager.
• Act as a primary point of contact for customer queries regarding available rental properties.
• Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries.This role is a full-time, entry-level position, ideal for motivated individuals looking to launch their career in Property Management while being mentored by experienced professionals.ARE YOU OC'S NEXT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM MEMBER?To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess the following:
  • A current Property Management license (essential)
