RESPONSIBILITIES:--- Leading and managing the ORS Front Office
Contract Team.--- Leading critical work-streams within ORS and the
OFAM Front Office including data analysis and reporting at the
Assistant Commissioner level.--- Leading the development and
implementation of OFAM and ORS strategic initiatives.--- Providing
executive support for ORS Director including managing their
calendar, scheduling meetings, reserving conference room space,
preparing briefs and read-ahead documents, etc.--- Leading efforts
to ensure completion of ORS strategic objectives.--- Leading and
managing the ORS Front Office Contract Team.--- Leading and
managing special projects for the ORS Director and Branch Chiefs as
required.--- Managing special projects for the ORS Director and
Branch Chiefs as required.--- Leading OFAM inventive recruitment
hiring efforts:--- Managing the real-time tracking system that
provides greater transparency, assigns accountability, and provides
visibility on all human capital transactions.--- Developing and
implementing automated solutions that reduce processing times and
increase reporting capabilities related to staffing.--- Managing
and developing content for reporting at the OFAM Recruitment
Community of Practice.--- Leading and managing Performance
Management efforts for ORS including:--- Developing performance
plans and goals for supervisory staff within ORS.--- Identifying
accomplishments and progress towards goals for Mid-Year and end of
Year reviews for Division Director and Branch Chiefs.--- Providing
ORS accomplishments for incorporation into Assistant Commissioner's
performance review.--- Highlighting ORS accomplishments in talking
points and briefings for above-mentioned meetings.--- Developing
and implementing an automated system for the collection and
reporting of performance metrics as related to the ORS and OFAM
mission.Maintain Tables of Organization and update Organizational
Charts displayed on SharePoint.--- Supporting managing support of
OFAM Diversity Program including DEIA briefings.--- Supporting
managing support for OFAM Succession Management Initiatives.---
Supporting managing support for Self-Nominating Leadership
Development Program and Self-Nominating Leadership ProgramREQUIRED
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, COMPETENCIES:--- A
minimum of five (5) years of experience is desired performing the
full range of activities related consulting on program management,
program support, change management, and Governance within Federal
or State agencies.--- Proven record of providing superior customer
service to individuals and organizations.--- Demonstrated ability
to add value to customer interactions.--- Ability to demonstrate
effective decision-making techniques.--- Superior presentation
skills.--- Ability to think conceptually and strategically, while
maintaining a practical approach to using time and resources.---
Superior business acumen.--- Exceptional verbal, written, and
interpersonal skills.--- Strong analytical, consulting, and
facilitation skills.--- Strong project planning skills and ability
