POSITION SUMMARY: This position will lead AtriCure’s global
planning function, overseeing demand, supply, and inventory
planning across the full product lifecycle. The position will be
responsible for developing and executing the Integrated Business
Planning (IBP) process while managing a high-performing team to
ensure service excellence, operational efficiency, and supply chain
agility. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, this
role also shapes and drives the company’s supply chain planning
strategy to support consistent, efficient, and reliable product
availability worldwide. The ideal candidate will bring deep
expertise in supply chain planning, a strong command of
S&OP/IBP processes, experience with ERP system implementation,
and a proven track record of working cross-functionally in complex,
global environments. This leadership role will be pivotal in
balancing customer demand, production capabilities, and inventory
investments across multiple regions and product platforms.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: • Own Global Supply Chain
Planning Strategy:Lead the development of planning strategies,
frameworks, and tools to ensure alignment across demand, supply,
and inventory planning processes globally. • Lead the S&OP /
IBP Process:Champion the monthly S&OP process across regions
and functions, ensuring data integrity, scenario planning, and
executive-level engagement in decision-making. • Oversee Demand &
Supply Planning:Direct demand planning processes in partnership
with Commercial teams and lead the alignment of supply plans with
Manufacturing and Procurement to meet customer needs and business
targets. Develop demand plans and forecasts using consensus and/or
statistical modeling at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple
time horizons • Manage Inventory Optimization:Develop and monitor
global inventory strategies to meet service level targets while
optimizing working capital. • Manage Product Information Management
Processes:Partner with Engineering and Product Development teams to
assure Master Data and Item Configurations updated in ERP system •
Build and Lead a High-Performing Team:Manage and mentor a team of
functional planners and item configuration specialists; drive a
culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and
collaboration. • Integrate Systems and Analytics:Partner with IT
and systems teams to optimize planning tools and enable advanced
analytics to support data-driven decision-making. • Collaborate
Across the Value Chain: Act as a key partner to Manufacturing,
Procurement, Distribution, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure
planning processes align with business objectives. Identify
temporary or ongoing supply risks and develop a plan to mitigate or
accept these risks. • Monitor Performance Metrics: Establish and
report on KPIs related to forecast accuracy, service levels,
inventory turns, and supply reliability to drive functional
performance. ADDITIONAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: •

with others • Additional duties as assigned BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: •
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a
related field (Master’s or MBA preferred). • 5 years of progressive
experience in supply chain planning, with 3 years in a leadership
or manager-level role in a global organization. • Strong knowledge
of S&OP/IBP processes, forecasting, capacity planning, and
inventory management. • Experience working in ERP and advanced
planning systems (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, OMP, Oracle, Anaplan). •
APICS/CPIM Certification • Ability to develop and model statistical
forecasting and analysis • Analytical mindset and familiarity with
planning metrics, analytics tools, and scenario modeling. • Proven
success leading cross-functional planning initiatives in a
matrixed, global environment. • Excellent leadership,
collaboration, and communication skills; ability to influence
stakeholders across all levels. • Experience in medical devices,
pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries preferred. •
Understand Quality Systems regulations (ISO/FDA/MDD EC Directive
93/42/EEC requirements) • Apply creative problem-solving
techniques. • Ability to travel 10%. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: • Ability

occasionally bend and push/pull as needed • Ability to occasionally
