Supervisor: Supervisor / Associate Director Fill/Finish Ops
Position Brand Description: The Operator (Level 1 Grade A/B) will
work in the Indianapolis Parenteral Manufacturing site where
Parenteral products for domestic and international markets are
manufactured. The primary purpose of the job is to manufacture,
fill sterile products into vials, and package product. Key
Objectives / Deliverables: • Responsible for maintaining a safe
work environment, working safely, and accountable for supporting
all HSE Corporate and Site Goals. • Fully qualified to operate
inside the grade A space(s). • Setup and operate within the Aseptic
area • Adhere to good aseptic technique • Adhere to standard
operating procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practices to
ensure quality of product • Document process steps on appropriate
batch documentation • Adherence to standard operating procedures,
current Good Manufacturing Practices, safety policies/procedures •
Spends 80% or more of time in the aseptic block Minimum
Requirements: • Experience working in an aseptic environment is
desired • Able to stand for extended durations while in the aseptic
area • Operates a minimum of 80% of their time within the aseptic
area • Must pass a “fitness for Duty” physical exam • Ability to
demonstrate attention to detail • Basic math skills • Basic
computer skills, with capability to learn in more detail •
Excellent documentation skills Additional Preferences: • Experience
with GMPs • Experience working in an aseptic environment is desired
Education Requirements: • High School Diploma or Equivalent Other
Information: • Some overtime work maybe required • Some of the
products in Parenteral Operations are known allergens and
consequently, a post offer allergy test may be required. •

on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic
location. The anticipated wage for this position is $18.75 - $42.07
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company
bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
