Title: Desktop Support Technician II Location: Dayton OH 45409 (Floater technician) Hours: M-F, 8am-4:30 pm Duration: Contract to Hire Job Description: Experience with asset management. Install, move, add, and change. Large IMAC events expected for client printer migration and PC refreshes Break/Fix Support Assure that all tickets requiring follow up work and/or calls receive appropriate attention. Install, Move, Add, Configure “IMAC” Comfortable with face-to-face interactions as will be required to provide technical support to end users in-person at the customer’s site Back up and burn end user data. Assist in developing and documenting improvements to current processes. Assist other coworkers in resolution of end users’ technical issues across the program and aiding with mentoring new employees Assist Site Leader in the execution of established processes and escalations. Ability to handle multiple projects Experience working in enterprise environment Must be able to work in any of the four locations in the Dayton area no more than 30 minutes apart. Beavercreek, Vandalia, University of Dayton, and Dayton requires GE specific compliance Hourly Rate : $21 - $22.00 hour –W4 Tax profile; Weekly Payroll Compensation.
