success. Job Description We are seeking a Senior Product Owner
(Technical) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a
key part in driving and delivering critical data conversion
capabilities supporting the transition from legacy AFS and ACBS
systems to AFS Vision, ensuring product adoption and supporting the
bank’s growth and transformation objectives. You will collaborate
with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver
high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. Key
Responsibilities Lead the squad responsible for creating,
prioritizing, and managing data conversion tools and processes,
including conversion selection criteria, data mapping, and
post-conversion reconciliation and reporting. Collaborate with
business functions, IT, Risk, Finance, Operations, and other key
partners to define and execute product strategies. Manage the
team’s backlog by prioritizing, articulating, and delivering new
features from ideation through production release, ensuring
alignment with customer and stakeholder needs. Motivate teams to
deliver on the product strategy and roadmap for continuous growth
and improvement of product outcomes and experiences. Provide
transparency and ongoing communication with line of business
partners and key stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional
teams including Lines of Business, Operations, Legal, Compliance,
Information Security, Fraud, and Architecture. Partner closely with
third parties to manage relationships, monitor product releases,
and ensure a seamless experience for employees and customers.
Maintain and provide product information to users and partners,
including training and documentation. Actively monitor industry
trends and participate in relevant forums, professional
associations, and conferences. Support a SAFe mindset across
product teams, collaborating on backlog management and team
ceremonies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related
field or equivalent education and work experience. 4 years of
related experience. Experience and understanding of financial data
conversions. Ability to consult and articulate key messages to all
levels within the organization. Basic business acumen and
understanding of business processes related to products and
customers. Strong analytical skills with the ability to present
well-thought-out, simple solutions. Collaborative with strong
intellectual curiosity and creative problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently and with different
teams in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Agile or SAFe development environments. Lean
Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) desired. Product
management background with the ability to interact and influence
within the organization. Experience working with financial
services, especially banking, commercial lending, and loan
servicing. Work Environment & Location: Location: Remote
