Job Description:
Fully Remote Oracle Cloud ERP Training Lead, Ft Wayne, IN Our
client, a major hospital organization in Northern Indiana, has a
need for as the Training Lead related to the implementation of
Oracle Cloud ERP applications. This role will be responsible for
leading and facilitating training programs focused on Oracle Cloud
ERP products, ensuring participants across the organization acquire
essential skills and knowledge. The Training Lead will develop
comprehensive training strategies in collaboration with the
organization’s Change Lead, oversee and mentor other trainers, and
ensure alignment of employees to appropriate courses. Additionally,
they will manage Train the Trainer (TTT) and end-user training
delivery, coordinating events, schedules, and tracking attendance.
Qualifications · Associate’s degree in healthcare, computer or
related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred. · Proven training
experience preferably related to the implementation of enterprise
business applications. · Excellent communication and presentation
skills. · Ability to create engaging and effective training
materials. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ·
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. ·
Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP applications (HCM, ERP, SCM),
PeopleSoft, or similar systems required.
