Job Title: CMMI ISO Analyst(Remote) Remote Type: Contract To Hire ALTA is supporting a 6-month contract opportunity. Job Title: ISO and CMMI Compliance Auditor (Entry-Level or Experienced) Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team supporting CMMI and ISO compliance audits. The ideal candidate will possess or be willing to acquire knowledge in ISO, CMMI, and ITIL frameworks, with a strong emphasis on project management and quality assurance. This role offers growth opportunities, and collaborative team engagement. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation for CMMI and ISO compliance audits Support internal and external audit activities related to ISO, CMMI, and ITIL standards Collaborate with team members to ensure ongoing compliance and process improvements Contribute to project management and quality assurance initiatives Develop and enhance skills in ISO, CMMI, and related frameworks through training and on-the-job experience Required Skill Set: Background or training in ISO, CMMI, and ITIL frameworks Relevant experience in project management, quality assurance, or IT services/security Strong written communication skills and proficiency with office suite products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to remote working arrangements Qualifications: Experience in CMMI and ISO auditing 1-3 years Certification in CMMI and ISO is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and contribute long-term to team objectives Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Employment Details: Supportive, collaborative work environment with a focus on professional growth Competitive compensation dependent on experience and skills System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
