Digital Risk Product Manager, Global Digital Engagement Consumers
possess an increasingly digital attitude, and the majority expect
real-time answers in their life. The need to engage in digital
channels to connect and communicate with consumers is growing and
becoming more sophisticated by the day. The digital engagement /
consumer space is continuously evolving – new products in the
marketplace, new platforms, changes to existing platforms, shifts
in user loyalty, new data to report and new ways to interact with
customers. Lilly recognizes the need to be present in Direct to
consumer (DTC) marketing and also Disease state awareness through
digital channels such as Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube,
Instagram, TikTok, WeChat, WhatsApp, Line etc., Websites, Search
Engine Marketing (SEM)). We strive to meet the needs of today’s
consumers when and where they want to engage. The Global Digital
Engagement team is globally focused and effectively building
solutions / capabilities for Marketing, Corporate Affairs and
Medical organizations. The team owns all the consumer platforms,
capabilities for the platforms and tech governance for consumer
platforms. The Associate Director – Digital Risk Product Manager,
Global Digital Engagement will lead a technical team and drive
strategy for compliance and risk-related products and services for
the organization. The role is also a single point of contact for
product teams and a liaison with the various risk partners at Eli
Lilly. In addition to performing their standard duties, this role
helps ensure that the business is aware of risks in their areas,
the impact it has on their area, and is responsible for driving the
necessary work within their areas to appropriately address the risk
(avoidance, acceptance, remediation, transfer). This role is
critical to build a strong privacy risk culture and effectively
manage cybersecurity and privacy/compliance risks, as well as be
accountable for the technical delivery and design of digital
compliance-related solutions at Lilly. What You Will Be Doing:
Accountable for people management, performance management and
financial management of the Digital Risk team Foster a team of
transparency, sense of urgency, clear responsibilities, and high
standards Accountable for operations and solution delivery of a
portfolio of projects in Digital Risk via end-to-end SAFe Agile
Processes & Principles Supplier Management and Third-Party
Engagement ownership in the Digital Risk space Accountable for the
effective management of a team located around the globe, including:
the reinforcement of compliance and ethics expectations,
development of team objectives, managing performance, providing
coaching and feedback, creating opportunities for development,
ensuring appropriate reward and recognition, contributing to talent
assessment, resolving HR issues, and supporting diversity in
recruitment and development Drive Automation and AI initiatives
across business stakeholders and Tech at Lilly Lead evaluation of
tech stack internally and externally to bring best-in-class
capabilities Ensure the delivery of effective Organizational Change
Management across the immediate team and business
partners/stakeholders Lead in the analysis of current processes and
assess where changes or the improvements that need to be made in
partnership while ensuring compliance with Lilly’s various
regulatory/compliance obligations Accountable for the effective,
efficient, and timely/accelerated implementation of all the related
initiatives within the given portfolio scope Accountable for
supporting US and OUS business operations w/ related team
services/global platforms w/ strong execution discipline and
excellence Proactively partner with and own timely communications
to key stakeholders and impacted parties and influence executive
leaders in the various business units and functions to adopt new
processes Capture and proactively share best-practices and look for
replication opportunities across Tech at Lilly and other
groups/functions Identify opportunities to grow the value of
existing assets Ability to take a complex problem and define the
path towards resolution Achieving Accelerate, Reach, and Scale
goals for Digital Risk across the global Partner tightly with the
Digital Risk Product Owner to define and communicate product vision
and requirements for existing and future-state compliance-related
solutions aligned with business goals Partner tightly with the
Digital Risk Product Owner to create, prioritize, and maintain a
well-defined product backlog for Digital Engagement compliance
Partner tightly with the Digital Risk Product Owner to act as
liaison for all risk partners (compliance, privacy, cyber, legal,
audit) to drive compliance with enterprise policies and standards,
partnering closely with defined compliance business leads Your
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology or other STEM related field 7 years’
experience in a technical-related field Ability to work across the
organization, act as a change agent, and support cybersecurity and
privacy strategic transformation Significant experience with
web-based software development Familiar with online marketing,
advertising, and web analytics. Experience in applying quality and
compliance requirements, especially in regulated software
development. What You Should Bring: Previous engineering experience
and certifications/SME in cybersecurity and/or privacy engineering
(CISSP, CISM, CIPP, CIPT, CRISC, etc.) Global understanding of how
cookies function on externally facing solutions Web marketing,
social media, and online promotion experience will be acknowledged
Familiarity with technical architecture associated with databases
and analytics environments. Excellent knowledge of HTML/CSS,
JavaScript, and UI/UX design principles. Experience with JavaScript
frameworks, such as React or Vue. Experience with Platform as a
service (PaaS), web server management (ADOBE, AWS, Heroku, etc.),
and web server frameworks (Express, Koa, etc.) Self-management and
ability to work autonomously and with ambiguity Strong analytical,
problem solving and investigative skills Solid background in
Information Technology with demonstrated ability to quickly learn
new technology and business process Demonstrated interpersonal
skills, teamwork and people development Additional Information:

on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic
location. The anticipated wage for this position is $123,000 -
$180,400 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a
company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual
performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit
