We believe a community is better when individuals unite to make the greatest impact on the lives of our neighbors.Responsibilities:Responsibilities:Institutes appropriate nursing intervention to assist with a residents condition and/or prevent complication.Performs resident rounds to assess physical and emotional status, implementing any required nursing interventions.Responds to resident and family concerns and ensures that each concern is documented, and a resolution is initiated or communicated to appropriate staff.Coordinates admission, discharge and transfer of residents.Prepares, administers and documents medications when given.Ensure that nurse on duty is informed of all previous shift reports and keeps charge nurse and other staff members informed about resident statusConsults with licensed or registered nurse, physician or licensed independent practitioner when appropriate.Clarifies any order or treatment regimen believed to be inaccurate, ineffective, or contraindicated by consulting with the appropriate licensed provider.All other duties as assigned and/or appropriate to the position.Qualifications:Requirements:Education - Graduate from an Ohio Board of Nursing approved nursing program or school of nursingLicenses - Must have an active RN license in the state of Ohio, CPR certifiedSpecialized Knowledge, Skills, or AbilitiesExcellent bedside mannerStong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with an electronic health record systemCovid vaccine not requiredby Jobble
