DESCRIPTION:

• Shift Times: 24/7 clinic with needs in January and ongoing with needs for all shifts
• Indianapolis Airport Area
• Full office staff
• Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care clinics
• Average 20 Patients per day

Indianapolis AIrport1/2-5 11pm-7am- $300 bonus per shift!

1/6-7, 1/20-21 7p-7a Weekend 2nd shift

Indy NW: 1/29 9a-6p

REQUIRED:

• 1 year experience in Occupational Medicine
• IN State License
• DEA
• BLS

COMPENSATION:

• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
