Job Description ASSIGNMENT DETAILS: - Location: 1 hour east of
Indianapolis - Start date: ASAP-August with possible extension -
July 14-18, 21-25, 28-31 - August 1, 4-8, 11-15, 18-22, 25-29 -
Schedule: 7:00a-3:00/3:30p - Call requirements: None - Independent
practice - Cases: Ortho, endo, general, uro, gyn - Credentialing:
Temporary privileges with clean file - Travel and lodging
accommodations for eligible candidates QUALIFICATIONS: - Must be
board certified with current ACLS, BLS, and PALS - Must be licensed
in Indiana - Must be confident working independently - Regional and
epidurals are preferred but not required
