Job Description Location: Lebanon ,OH 45036 Duration: 1 Year to long term Shift hours: 40 hours weekly (8 Hour day ) Job Description: • Working collaboratively with intra and interdepartmental staff to administer treatment for behavioral health patients utilizing nationally recognized treatment standards and documenting utilizing an electronic health record system. • Conducting exams and writing evaluations and reports. • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic testing. • Managing medication. • Making referrals for specialized care or treatment. • Performing duties in accordance with scope of practice, ODRC policies, procedures, protocols, and related American Correctional Association standards. • Participating in continuous quality improvement meetings and activities, including peer reviews • Engaging in collaborative agreements, as needed. Required Documents: • Current BLS/CPR • Active Physician License
