Job Description:
Job Title: CT / X-Ray Technologist Profession: CT / X-Ray Tech

per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 3 years in CT and X-Ray
required License: State License required Certifications: ARRT
certified, RT (R) and CT, BLS through AHA required Must-Have:
Minimum 3 years previous experience in CT and X-Ray required
Description: Perform CT and X-ray exams on outpatient and inpatient
patients. Conduct routine CT exams, trauma, CTA, stroke
assessments, and routine X-rays. Operate portable X-ray equipment
as needed. Conduct nightly QA for CT procedures. Utilize
computerized charting and medication systems. Familiarity with
Siemens CT and fixed X-ray equipment is required. Weekend rotation
and potential call may be required depending on facility needs.
Training will include one week on day shift followed by subsequent
shifts. Floating to other units providing imaging services may
occur as needed.
