Job Description:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a PRN home health
position in Camp Hill, PA, covering Cumberland and Dauphin
counties.
Provide 1:1 patient care, assessing physical, emotional, and
psychological needs.
Develop care plans aligned with doctor--------s orders and patient
goals.
Administer medications, treatments, and manage pain and
symptoms.
Educate families and caregivers, collaborate with an
interdisciplinary team, and maintain accurate documentation.
Participate in on-call rotations as required.
Qualifications include an active RN license, at least one year of
patient care experience, a valid driver--------s license, and CPR
certification.
