Equipment/Tools provided Your safety is our 1 concern Climate Controlled Great Company Culture As a n Electronics Assembly Technician you will: Safely execute standard work and suggest improvements to operating procedure Achieve proficiency in all assigned stations Executing operations to meet efficiency target standards Assist with training, as needed Identify and escalate to the Team Leader (IAB3) any risks regarding health, safety, quality and environment, including reporting all incidents and near misses Ensure the quality of the operations performed by controlling and respecting the standards Apply escalation process in case of any deviation (safety, environment, quality, performance) Ensure proper recording of barriers and performance in Red / Green follow Perform basic line preventative maintenance. Ensure Proper 5S standards are maintained. Assist with startup and continuous improvement projects Facilitate teamwork and collaboration by actively engaging with team members to foster a supportive and inclusive work environment. Regularly participate in relevant training programs to enhance skills and knowledge This is a Full-Time contract to hire opportunity. Training will be on 1st shift 5am-3:30pm Monday-Thursday (for up to 3 weeks) then move into 2nd shift 3:30pm-2am Monday-Thursday The ideal Electronics Assembly Technician will have: High School diploma or GED Required Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and wiring Steel Toe boots with metatarsal covers Good attendance and punctuality Experience with hand, power and measurement tools Completion of pre-employment screenings such as background check and drug screening Must be able to read and speak English Steel Toe boots with metatarsal covers Good attendance and punctuality Pay Rate: $20.00-$22.00 per hour Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
