Job Description:
Job Description: Ensures achievement of production schedules in
accordance with the objectives of cost - quality – lead time
Organizes the training needs of teams Ensures safety focused
attitude by all employees Has ownership of group performance goals
and objectives Responsibilities: Knowledge of manufacturing
processes and systems Understanding of lean manufacturing
principles At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a
manufacturing environment preferred. Experience: Must have
experience in managing about ~25-30 employees Contributes to the
industrial processes improvement with the functions supports
Responsible for people management including goal setting,
performance management, competency development, recognition,
engagement, and well-being Skills: Must have union experience in a
manufacturing setting and timekeeping (Kronos) Education:
