Job Title: Concrete Superintendent Location: Wilmington, OH Job Type: Full-Time Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k), Paid time off, Company vehicle or allowance, Bonus potential Job Summary Currently seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to manage and supervise concrete operations on commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial concrete work, including foundations, slabs, walls, and structural concrete. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all concrete construction activities on-site Manage crews to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance Interpret and enforce project plans, specifications, and contracts Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies Track materials, labor, and progress daily Provide on-site problem solving and quality control Maintain daily reports and communicate with the office team Qualifications 5 years of concrete construction experience, including supervisory roles Strong knowledge of commercial concrete construction techniques and equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willing to obtain) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Why Join Us?
