Services is seeking a full-time, day-shift Revenue Cycle Technician
in Muncie, Indiana . This role supports accurate, timely billing
and assists both patients and staff. This position will be
scheduled M-F 7 am -4 pm or 8am- 5 pm. Key Responsibilities:
Process and apply patient and third-party payments Scan documents
and resolve payment discrepancies Handle credit card payments,
credits, and account adjustments Manage payer aging and submit
electronic/paper claims Verify demographics and insurance
eligibility Monitor payment agreements and coordinate collections
Provide financial counseling and review financial forms Contact
clients to schedule payments Appeal denied claims and communicate
with payers What We?re Looking For: Strong attention to detail and
organizational skills Team-oriented, effective communicator
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel High School Diploma/GED required
